I work for a marketing and event planning company that throws events at nightclubs in Hollywood and Las Vegas. I really want to get Blackberry but I don’t necessarily want my boss to pay for my phone bill every month, just the actual phone. His case is that my current phone gets email but I really want a blackberry!!!

Any advice, people?

   You will need to come up with some hard core answer to justify the need.
   1. What can the blackberry do that the cell phone can’t?
   2. Will these added features increase your production on the job?
   3. Will these added features increase profits?

   If you can’t justify it to increase your production and the company profits forget it.
