I’ve just purchased the Blackberry Pearl. I’m really liking the phone, but not happy with the software (includinging the installer). Where is a good place to find freeware for this device? Do you recommend a different installer?

I am looking for an online broker (TD Ameritrade, Charles Schwab, ect.) which offers low prices which is easily used on a Blackberry. What would be my best bet?

Is there a special antenae I can “plug-in”? My Blackberry gets almost no reception in my home or at my sons school. I use it for business and need to be able to use it at home. Any suggestions?

I can’t figure out how I can see all outgoing, incoming, and missed calls on my Blackberry Pearl call log. I don’t want them to show up on my message list, but I just want to see all calls on my call logs. It’s frustrating! Help, please?

I just got a blackberry. It has the email and internet thing in the plan, but the browser icon doesn’t show up and when I highlight an icon and select switch application and I switch it to browser, I get a message that says
“Your device does not have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the Browser on your device.”
Do I have to call alltel?

I got a blackberry pearl today that was previously owned and the old users info is stored in the phone. Usually I can figure these things right out but I cant. I just want to store the phone back to the factory settings to get his stuff out. He has seriously like 400 names in the address book and a bunch of stuff. Any help would be much appreciated – thanks :)

I have a friend I need to email on his blackberry but I do not have his address with me and I cannot remember it. I know its his name and then something att blackberry and I am not able to call him right now to ask. Can anyone help me out?
I do not have any other email address for him. I thought I had his blackberry one saved in my outlook here at work but I do not.

i want to buy the blackberry storm on the 21st. The only problem is i dont know what time I should be there. Is there most likely going to be a line? or are they going to sell out fast?

I have a blackberry pearl and I don’t have the internet nor the email setup. All I want to do is add the desktop software so I can add songs and ring tones to my phone and upload pics from it. Every time i try to install it, it asks if I want the Blackberry Internet Service or the Blackberry Enterprise Server. Does either of these cost money? HELPPPPP!!!!!!!
