How do I move a ringtone from a razr v3 to a blackberry?

My old phone the razr v3 had a locked ring tone that came with the phone. Now I have a blackberry 8110 and I would love to transfer my old ring tone. I am not great with this stuff but I could probably follow some basic instructions. Can anybody offer some advice?
