BlackBerry

I just got this BlackBerry Pearl 8100 from my brother (it was a hand-me-down). I don’t have a memory stick for my blackberry. I don’t have the proper software that came with it. For whatever reason, I can’t get the software from the BlackBerry website to work. How can I get pictures from my BlackBerry to my PC?

I use my cell phone for my buisness and sometimes it would be beneficial for me to record the calls… Is there any way I could do this using a blackberry?
